The following terms and conditions shall apply to the "$5 Freeplay Halloween" Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by Game Play Network, Inc. (“GPN” or “b spot”) to certain Account Holders.

1. Duration of Promotion. The Promotion shall run concurrently with the Jack’s Wild Nightmare 5-Day Halloween Tournament (the “Tournament”) commencing on Friday, October 27th, at 12:00 a.m. PT, and ending on Tuesday, October 31st, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Defined Terms; Eligibility.
   1. Defined Terms. Any undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the b spot Terms of Use. The following terms shall be defined as:
      1. Freeplay Credit(s): are electronic credit(s) issued to a Player by GPN at no cost to the Player in various denominations.
   2. Eligibility. To be eligible for the Promotion, an approved account holder must (a) “Opt In” to the Tournament by selecting the Opt In button for the Tournament on bspot.com or the b spot iOS app; and (b) place in the fifty-first (51^st) spot or lower on the final Tournament scoreboard at the end of the Promotion Period. Players that score in the top fifty (50) spots on the final Tournament leaderboard at the end of the Promotion Period will receive specific Tournament prizing per the terms and conditions of the Tournament and are not eligible for this Promotion. An account holder eligible for this Promotion cannot transfer his/her eligibility to another account holder.

3. Promotional Freeplay Credits.
   1. Freeplay Credits may be issued by GPN in various forms, including, but not limited to previously placed wagers which are assigned by GPN to the Player for use via the Promotion that were reclaimed for promotional value pursuant to Section 6 of the “Instant Play” Marketing Promotion & Service, at its sole discretion. Freeplay Credit(s) do not have a cash value until they are revealed to the Player.
   2. If a Player becomes eligible for the Promotion, b spot will credit his/her account with Five Dollars ($5) of Freeplay Credits (the “Bonus”). b spot will credit the Bonus to the eligible account holder’s account after the Promotion Period ends, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Wagering Requirement. After the Bonus has been so credited, the Player is required to place wagers of at least Five Dollars ($5) (the “Wagering Requirement”) before withdrawing resulting winnings from his/her account. If he/she has not fulfilled the Wagering Requirement within thirty (30) days following the date on which the Bonus was credited to his/her account, he/she will forfeit the Bonus and any winnings derived from the Bonus.
   1. For any wager placed toward the Wagering Requirement, funds are first deducted from the Player’s account in the following order: (i) winnings balance (if any); then (ii) cash balance (if any); and finally (iii) promotional cash balance.
   2. If a Player wishes to initiate a withdrawal prior to meeting the Wagering Requirement, the Player must contact Player Services by email or live chat. In such event, the Player will be entitled to withdraw only his/her winnings not derived from the Bonus and/or any cash balance, and the Player shall have no right to withdraw any winnings derived from the Bonus, and both the Bonus and any resulting winnings will be forfeited. Of course, once the Wagering Requirement has been satisfied, the Player may withdraw any and all amounts in his/her account (subject to any other limitations as set forth in the b spot terms & conditions or the terms & conditions applicable to any other promotions). 

5. Disputes. GPN reserves the right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to the Promotion, and its decisions shall be final.

6. General Terms. The b spot Terms of Use posted on www.bspot.com (the “Terms of Use”) govern this Promotion and a Player’s use of the b spot Service (as defined in Section 1 of the Terms of Use). GPN may disqualify any person from this Promotion in the event that the person: (i) violates the Terms of Use; (ii) engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior; and/or (iii) attempts to defeat or circumvent any of the promotional rules or restrictions. b spot may suspend, discontinue, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason.
