- Make sure Location Services is ON
Androids
- Go to Settings > Location
- Make sure slider is ON
Windows Surface Tablet
- Go to PC Settings > Privacy > Location
- Make sure the bar is ON.
Windows Phone
- Go to your Settings icon > Location
- Make sure the bar is ON.
