b spot is a licensed advance-deposit wagering hub (“ADW”) legally authorized to conduct Internet wagering on horse races across the United States. As an ADW, b spot operates under the Federal Interstate Horseracing Act and applicable state laws.
Currently, b spot holds a multi-jurisdictional license from the Oregon Racing Commission, which authorizes b spot to accept wagers from numerous states across the country. In addition to its multi- jurisdictional license, b spot holds supplemental direct licenses from multiple states.
