1. Go to www.bspot.com.
2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link. (It's located directly below the "Log In" button at the top.)
3. Enter the email address associated with your b spot membership and click "Send Email."
4. Go to your email and open the "b spot forgot password request" email. Click the "RESET PASSWORD" button.
5. Enter your new password into the fields provided
6. Click "RESET PASSWORD."
