“CASHBACK SUNDAY FUNDAY” BONUS PROMOTION
The following terms and conditions shall apply to the “Cashback Sunday Funday” Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by Game Play Network, Inc. (“GPN” or “b spot”) to certain Account Holders.
- Duration of Promotion. The Promotion shall commence on Sunday, November 19, at 4:00 p.m. PT, and end on Sunday, November 19, at 6:00 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”).
- Defined Terms; Eligibility.
- Defined Terms. Any undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the b spot Terms of Use.
- Eligibility. To be eligible for the Promotion, an approved account holder must play Credits in one or more b spot games and reveal total cash prizing less than the amount of the credits played during the Promotion Period (the “Revealed Loss”).
- Cash Payments. If the Revealed Loss is One Doller ($1) or more, b spot will add a cash payment equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Revealed Loss (the “Payment”) to the Player’s account by crediting the account after the Promotion period ends.
- Use of the Payment. The Payment may be withdrawn in cash, or used for more game play, in whole or in part, after it has been credited to the Player’s account.
- Disputes. b spot reserves the right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to the Promotion, and its decisions shall be final.
- General Terms. The b spot Terms of Use posted on www.bspot.com (the “Terms of Use”) govern this Promotion and a Player’s use of the b spot Service (as defined in Section 1 of the Terms of Use). b spot may disqualify any person from this Promotion in the event that the person: (i) violates the Terms of Use; (ii) engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior; and/or (iii) attempts to defeat or circumvent any of the promotional rules or restrictions. b spot may suspend, discontinue, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason.
