TERMS & CONDITIONS: REFER-A-FRIEND $50 PROMOTION
The following terms and conditions shall apply to the Refer-A- Friend Promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by Game Play Network, Inc. (“b spot”).
- Eligibility and Referral Requirements. To be eligible for the Promotion, an individual must either (a) have a valid advance deposit wagering account with b spot (an “Existing Player”), or (b) be a new player referred by the Existing Player, who thereafter is approved by b spot to open an advance deposit wagering account within thirty (30) days after being referred by the Existing Player (a “Referred Player”.) An Existing Player may (i) refer an unlimited number of Referred Players, and (ii) qualify for this Promotion repeatedly. Both the Existing Player and the Referred Player will be eligible for a fifty dollar ($50) promotional wagering credit if each of them meets the following Referral Requirements during the term of the Promotion (the “Promotion Period”):
(a) the Existing Player must refer the Referred Player by either: (i) clicking on the Refer-a-Friend promotion button on the b spot iOS mobile application to generate a referral link, and then share that referral link via email, text, social sharing, or any other means that allows the Referred Player to access the referral link and then use it to open the Apple App Store and download the b spot iOS mobile application, and proceed to apply, and be approved, for an advance deposit wagering account via the b spot iOS mobile application; or (ii) clicking on the Refer-a-Friend promotion button on www.bspot.com to generate a referral link, and then share that referral link via email, text, social sharing, or any other means that allows the Referred Player to access the referral link and then use it to launch www.bspot.com, and proceed to apply, and be approved. for an advance deposit wagering account; and
(b) the Referred Player must make a minimum twenty dollar ($20) deposit into his or her advance deposit wagering account, and then wager at least twenty dollars ($20) via the account which was approved in the foregoing manner, within thirty (30) days after account opening. (the “Qualifying Wager”).
- Credit of Promotional Wagering Dollars. If the Eligibility and Referral Requirements in Section 1 are met, b spot will credit both the Existing Player’s and the Referred Player’s account in the amount of fifty dollars ($50) (each such credit being referred to herein as the “Bonus”) within a commercially reasonable time following the processing of the Referred Player’s Qualifying Wager.
- Wagering Requirement. After the Bonus has been credited to a player’s account, the player’s next wager(s) shall be applied first against the Bonus and then against any cash in his or her advance deposit wagering account. If the player has not used the Bonus within thirty (30) days after having been credited to a player’s account, the Bonus is subject to immediate forfeiture without notice.
- No Withdrawals. The Bonus is for wagering purposes only and cannot be withdrawn in cash or any other form.
- General. The b spot Terms of Use posted on www.bspot.com and in the b spot mobile application (the “Terms of Use”) govern this Promotion and your use of the b spot Service (as defined in Section 1 of the Terms of Use). b spot may disqualify any person from the Promotion in the event that the person: (i) violates the Terms of Use; (ii) engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior; and/or (iii) attempts to defeat or circumvent any of the promotional rules or restrictions. b spot may suspend or cancel the Promotion Period, or modify the Promotion, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion: (a) any employee of b spot; (b) any person prohibited from opening an account or wagering with b spot pursuant to the Terms of Use or applicable law; and/or (c) any person on b spot’s self-exclusion list. An account holder eligible for this Promotion cannot transfer his/her eligibility to another account holder.
