The following terms and conditions shall apply to the 2021 VIP Appreciation Promotion (the
“Promotion”) being offered by Game Play Network, Inc. (“GPN” or “b spot”) to certain account holders
by invitation only.
1. Eligibility. To be eligible for the Promotion, a current account holder (a “Player”) must have
received a promotional e-mail, in-app message, or phone call from b spot inviting them to take part in the Promotion.
2. Promotional Wagering Dollars. If a Player accepts his/her invitation to take part in the Promotion, b spot will promptly credit the Player’s account with a “for play” bonus (the “Bonus”). The Bonus amount will be the amount set forth in the Player’s invitation.
3. Wagering Requirement. After the Bonus has been credited to the Player’s account, the Player is required to place wagers equal the Bonus (the “Wagering Requirement”) before withdrawing the Bonus balance and any resulting winnings from his/her account. If the Player has not fulfilled the Wagering Requirement within ninety (90) days following the date on which the Bonus was credited to his/her account, he/she will forfeit the Bonus and any winnings derived from the Bonus.
(a) For any wager placed toward the Wagering Requirement, funds are first deducted from the Player’s account in the following order: (i) winnings balance (if any); then (ii) cash balance (if any); and finally (iii) bonus balance (from the Bonus or any other promotional credit).
(b) If a Player wishes to initiate a withdrawal prior to meeting the Wagering Requirement, the Player must contact Player Services by e-mail or telephone. In such event, the Player will be entitled to withdraw only his/her winnings not derived from the Bonus and/or any cash balance, and the Player shall have no right to withdraw either the remaining balance of the Bonus or any winnings derived from the Bonus, and both the Bonus and any resulting winnings will be forfeited. Of course, once the Wagering Requirement has been satisfied, the Player may withdraw any and all amounts in his/her account (subject to any other limitations as set forth in the b spot terms & conditions or the terms & conditions applicable to any other promotions).
4. Disputes. b spot reserves the right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to the
Promotion, and its decisions shall be final.
5. General Terms. The b spot Terms of Use posted on www.bspot.com (the “Terms of Use”) govern this Promotion and your use of the b spot Service (as defined in Section 1 of the Terms of Use). b spot may disqualify any person from this Promotion in the event that the person: (i) violates the Terms of Use; (ii) engages in fraudulent or deceptive behavior; and/or (iii) attempts to defeat or circumvent any of the promotional rules or restrictions. An account holder eligible for this Promotion cannot transfer his/her eligibility to another account holder.
